Upon receipt of your order, our regular delivery dates are 4 work

How do I install your portraits? |
|
|
A.
We offer high quality bronze frames for surface mounting. Many of
customers are successful at mounting our portraits
in a shallow relief with pure silicone, epoxy or a mortar mix. Other clients use double-sided adhesive tape (3m Ruboh adhesive).

Is it possible to choose between many designs of bronze? |

We propose: oval, rectangular and round frames. In our catalogues
you will find 18 different designs of frames. Sizes start from: cm
6x8 to cm 18x24.

Can you supply bronze frames with cover? |
|

Sure! We produce solid stylized bronze frames with cover for oval photo porcelain
cm 7x9, 8x10 and 9x12.

How can we send you photo porcelain orders? |

Preferably by mail or parcel service like UPS or Fed Express etc. Fill out the order form.

Which kind of original photo do you prefer? |
|

Send the best liked, good, clear studio portrait, snap-shot, passport
picture, either in colour or black and white. Be sure the face is not
too small. Please send the highest quality photo possible.

Why don't you guarantee the gold fillet? |
|
|
A. For technical problems gold fillet can not be done at 900°,
but using lower temperatures. Therefore it does not integrate with the plaque. We are finishing feasibility studies and gold
fillet will be photographic soon, that is to say it will be indelible
as a photographic image. On black and white photoporcelain we still add the traditional gold line.

A. Absolutely not. We perform the work in 4 - 6 days. Taking into account average shipping times
(arrival in Italy and return to country of origin) you normally receive the photoporcelain within 15 -18 work days from the time of order.

| Q. Is it possible to send photos thru internet? |
|
|
A. Yes. We suggest you
use compressed files like .jpg to reduce the size and send the picture quicker. In any case we cannot accept complaints for photoporcelain reproductions when using this system
because it is impossible to confront the original photo with the one we receive thru email.

A. Yes. We offer a

| Q. Can the photo porcelain you offer be applied to funeral urns? |
|

A. Of course. Our
photoporcelain can be applied with or without frames for the urns with flat sides. |
| Q. Is there an extra charge for two or more people in a photograph? |
|

A. Two or more people
on one original photograph will be done at NO extra charge. |
| Q. Is it better to send a vertical or horizontal photograph? |
|
|
A. Both can be used. It is better to send a horizontal photograph for a horizontal plaque and a
vertical photograph for a vertical plaque.

| Q. Why are the reproduced colors on the photo porcelain not exactly the same as the photograph in some cases? |
|
|
A. The colors used for
photos are a different material than those used for photoporcelain. Colors used for photoporcelain must be resistant to tempratures of over 800°.
Don't trust photo porcelain that has colors which correspond exactly to the photo, they are colors which have been added at a later time and baked at low temperatures, therefore bound to
disappear in a short time!

| Q. How can I get the photoporcelain faster? |
|
|
A. It's important to
choose the postal service right for the urgency, both for the original photo as well as the photo porcelain. Alternatively, paying higher fees for express services like UPS and Fed Express
will speed up the times.

| Q. How can you modify the background of the photo? |
|
|
A. Just ask for the
background you want, indicating which one you would like (you can also choose among the backgrounds we offer or send your own illustration along with your photo).

| Q. Can white Carrara sculptures be modified according to clients wishes? |
|
|
A. Yes. White Carrara
marble sculptures which are sculpted manually upon request can be modified according to the client's wishes.

| Q. Are white Carrara sculptures exactly like the illustrations? |
|
|
A. Because we are
dealing with hand-crafted work and commercial sculptures there is a close correspondence but not perfectly identical. Each sculpture has its own particular features, and the sculptor can
obtain similar but not identical sculptures at two different times.

| Q. Is white Carrara resistant to atmospheric agents? |
|
|
A. Like all natural
materials with the passing of time it is slowly worn down by atmospheric agents, but the duration of works in white Carrara is measured in centuries not years!

| Q. Is it possible to ask for white Carrara marble sculptures with the client as the subject? |
|
|
A. Certainly. The
client must send us an illustration or design of what he/she wants. Before completing the work we will send some photos illustrating the sculpture so as to allow the client to intervene
and make minor adjustments.

| Q. Can items made out of synthetic marble be placed outdoors? |
|
|
A. Yes. Items made out
of synthetic marble can be placed outdoors. Because it is 70% marble powder and 30% special resins the resistance and duration over time are equal to if not superior to that of marble.

| Q. Can I ask for synthetic marble items which are different from those illustrated? |
|
|
A. To cover various
costs of models and molds we need to charge more, yet it can be done.

| Q. Can hand-painted synthetic marble items be placed outdoors? |
|
|
A. No. The colors
applied are not baked at high temperature and could therefore change. They are especially suitable for covered areas and indoors.
|
| Q. How can you guarantee items made out of marble, synthetic marble and other large items not shipped by post
from risk of damage? |
|
|
A. Upon receiving the
material it is important to make sure the packaging is in good condition. Be sure to always sign the shipping receipt with caution and check the goods. If the merchandise has undergone
damage tell the the shipping agent, insurance will pay for the damages. |
